Anglican and other Christian students at the University of Zululand are invited to join Ansoc – a multi-mural and dynamic society made up of over 70 young people.

Ansoc’s major objective is to create a 'home from home' for Anglicans and fellowshipping students from all walks of life. Together we worship, disperse the Gospel of Truth and undertake as many social outreach projects as possible in order to extend the wings of the Millennium Development Goals.

In the process, we develop and transform our youth into future sociable and friendly leaders with a solid religious background.

Vision of Ansoc

• to grow from being  campus centred activists into being a diocesan wing that recruits and sharpens youth leaders for service in the church in the Diocese of Zululand
• to implement the diocesan vision 'Communion for Mission' among committed, vision-orientated young Christians who will bolster the mission of the Church.
